Description
Jetton General Contracting – is currently hiring for Construction Superintendent for small ground up projects (10-20k sqft) in the state of PA. This position requires 3-5 years ground-up experience
Responsibilities
Worker documentation,
Daily schedule reporting,
SWPPP reporting,
Compliance reporting,
Compliance training,
Site safety
Procuring small dollar contracts with local subcontractors,
Interacting with the owner and subcontractors,
Coordinating trade work
Ensuring construction schedule adherence
Qualifications
3-5 years ground-up experience
